DESCRIPTION:Join us for a day of family fun\, games and connection. Nicole of Our Luminous Minds will be running a series of yoga classes for different age groups throughout the day.\n\nThe Conservation Volunteers will run nature crafts and have explorer backpacks available to explore the woodlands either side of the yoga sessions.\n\nPeople are welcome to join for the whole day\, and make use of the beautiful space and surroundings\, or you can join for the session most appropriate for you and your little ones. Please bring your own mat if you have one\, any snacks\, lunch and water for the day.
