Enjoy yoga outdoors in the calming surroundings of Wellesley Woodlands!
Join us for a refreshing and relaxing 60 minute yoga session outdoors with instructor Nicole Asghar Yoga. Suitable for all levels, from complete beginners to experienced yogis (who want to try something new), Nicole will gently encourage you to stretch, breathe and relax in the wonderful surroundings of Wellesley Woodlands.
We will be basing ourselves on the green at Rushmoor Bottom with social distancing measures in place. Please bring a yoga mat or a similar alternative such as a blanket along with you.
