Bat Walk

We invite you to listen and look out for bats during a guided walk through Wellesley Woodlands.

We will bring some bat detectors to alter the audible frequency of bat calls so that we can hear them as we walk. The walk will occur just before dusk when bats are out foraging at their peak.

This event is for all ages – anyone who is interested in listening and looking out for wildlife in the beautiful setting of Wellesley Woodlands.

Please come dressed for the weather (it is a lot colder after sunset), and wear sturdy shoes. We will provide bat detectors that can be shared between small groups.
