Introductory Tia Chi

Car Parking: Please park at Bourley Road car park off Bourley Road and walk over to the meeting point. Other parking closer to the activity may be available.
Join us for an enlightening tai chi session with instructor Matt Williams outdoors in the surroundings of Wellesley Woodlands. Improve your strength, flexibility and balance whilst connecting your body and mind. It’s a great form of gentle exercise, suitable for all fitness levels and great for relaxation and stress relief!
This class is suitable for complete beginners to those experienced at the practice. Open to ages 13+ years. Those under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Tai chi involves a series of gentle physical exercises and stretches. Each posture flows into the next without pause, ensuring that your body is in constant motion. It is sometimes described as meditation in motion because it promotes serenity through gentle movements — connecting the mind and body.
